Login to mobileTMA for Android or iOS

This information applies to mobileTMA installed on Android or iOS devices.

Initial Log In. Use the following instructions the first time you log in to mobileTMA:

1. Tap the TMA Mobile logo on the initial applications window of the handheld device. This opens the mobileTMA Login window.
2. Enter your User ID, Password, and Client name.
3. Tap the Log In button at the upper right.

The handheld device creates a configuration file to remember these settings.

Subsequent Log In. After the initial Log In, use these instructions to log in:

1. Open the Login window.
2. Enter your Login ID.
3. Tap in the Password field to display the Password and Client information automatically.
4. Tap the Log In button at the upper right.

Caution: Be sure to tap the Password field to recall the stored settings. If you login and do not tap outside the Login ID field, the Password and Client fields are blank, and your login is blocked.
