This information applies to mobileTMA installed on Android or iOS devices.
During the initial setup, WebTMA automatically installs data to mobileTMA.
Since this data can be changed in the WebTMA records, use the Sync icon on the Main Menu to keep the data current on the handheld device.
Be sure to tap the Sync icon on the Main Menu when the work is completed and at the end of the work day to upload any changes.
From the mobileTMA Main Menu, tap Other > Download from WebTMA, tap the All button at the bottom of the window to download all Types.
If download time is limited, tap the check boxes for critical types. These downloads are the only way WebTMA can transfer changes in any of the types listed, so it is a good idea to download All on a regular basis.
