The Advanced Options button opens a window with fields that are used to filter results after they are downloaded and provides search criteria for server searches.
An asterisk on the Advanced Options button alerts you that filter criteria have been set on the Advanced Options window.
As soon as you type characters in an Advanced Options field, the downloaded list displays only lines that match. Multiple criteria are "and" statements. Specific data is an "equals" statement.
To restore the underlying list, tap the Reset Criteria button to clear all the fields on the Advanced Options popup.
A search on the Unscheduled Task window is different from other List windows. Here a supervisor can specify an Advanced Option, such as Trade, and tap the Search Server button to locate eligible records. The Unscheduled Task window is the only window that supports this behavior.
