Buttons are found on the title bar of list and record windows and at the bottom of some windows and sub-windows.

Found on List windows. Used to filter downloaded lists. An asterisk indicates criteria exist and have been saved to the configuration file. |

Found on list windows. Tap to remove downloaded line items from the iPad. If the list is extensive, be patient. This can take a few moments. |

The Data Manager window displays the Clear Configuration Information button that is used to reset all personal configuration settings to the WebTMA default. |

Used with the Data Management window to remove pending lines. Pending lines are not uploaded if they are cleared, i.e., your changes are not saved. |

Work orders display this icon to identify alerts such as right-to-know and HIPPA. Tap the icon for a list of alerts that apply to the location or item. |

This icon displays if the equipment item record in WebTMA includes text in the Svc Interruption Area field on the Equipment / Connection Tab. Tap this icon to see the contents of the Svc Interruption Area field. |

When a location or item is under warranty, a message pops up when the Work Order record first opens. A green shield also displays indicating the work order item is under warranty. Tap the icon to display the warranty message. |

This icon displays to the right of the Task field on a work order Task window. It indicates that checks are required for the specific task. |

Used with the Room Inspection window to indicate when a signature has been saved for the specific room or area. |
