Apple Push Service (SaaS Only)

Push notifications are available to WebTMA GO SaaS clients. The notifications follow this process:

— If WebTMA GO is launched and visible on the device screen (i.e., you are using the app)

— If WebTMA GO is launched, but it is in the background

Notification arrives and automatically downloads the work order
A sound is generated
A message displays briefly, "New work orders have arrived." If you want to see the message again, swipe down to review.
Badge is updated

— If WebTMA GO is not running in either background or foreground

Notification arrives, but no action is taken
No sound is made
No badge is updated
When WebTMA GO is launched, notification is immediately processed
- Work order is downloaded
- No sound is made
- Badge is updated
