During the Data Sync, the system compares the user ID assigned in WebTMA to the technician logged in to mobileTMA. To transfer data, use the following steps:
button at the top of the Main Menu.The Data Sync window on the handheld device informs you of the actions taking place. A completed transfer is marked by the phrase End Data Sync [time].
If any line entries cannot be transferred, the line entry shows an error message with an explanation of the problem. Errors can also be reviewed from View Error Log.
