Dashboard in WebTMA GO

If your organization has purchased the Executive Dashboard module, the default Home page in WebTMA GO displays as blank panels to display Dashboard controls. Each time you log in, select the Dashboard controls to be displayed during that logged in session. In addition to the four graphic displays, i.e., Pie Chart, Bar Chart, Dial Gauge, and Digital Gauge, you can also select a Hyperlink control and a Bulletin control.

The Dashboard control selections available depend on the type of system role assigned to the logged-in user (User, Technician, etc.). In addition, the query written against work orders is different depending on these system roles. While an Admin or full User account sees queries as they were written, additional filtering is applied for technician accounts that limits their view to open work orders assigned to their technician record.

The Dashboard controls you select are saved in a configuration file on the server and remain there until you make changes. You can also use the Clear Configuration Information button on the Data Manager page to reset all saved configurations (Table list configurations, Advanced settings, and Dashboard selections).
